Principles Jeffery Grade and Luigi Millacardi are the owners and operators.

Jeffery Grade’s professional career has included senior executive positions with multibillion dollar companies as well as investment and merchant banking. For many years Mr. Grade held the position of CEO and Chairman of a four billion dollar Fortune 500 Company. Mr. Grade has also served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of several large Industrial and Commercial public corporations, including IC Industries, a multibillion dollar conglomerate located in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Grade is the current CEO of Water SolutionZ International, an industrial chemical company dealing with impure water situations worldwide located in Chicago, Illinois. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Grade is a Trustee of Kent Law School and DePaul University.

Luigi Millacardi has more than 40 years of history in fine dining food service and has managed high profile venues including the restaurant at the Ritz-Carlton, The Pump Room at the Ambassador East Hotel, and The Mansion Restaurant at Rosewood Resort on Turtle Creek in Dallas. His defining role was a 13 year term as Vice President of Operations for The Signature Room, leading a team of almost 200 employees to excellence in Chicago’s highly competitive marketplace. Luigi has most recently served as a Managing Partner at Stoney River Steakhouse, an 11 store group.
